Startup company looks to build upon Midwest successes at
The Great American Dessert Expo in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS—June 12, 2004—When gourmet banana bread provider, Hanana Banana Bread Company™, sold its first loaf of Hannah Banana Bread™ in 2000, owner Lisa Spinner said she would not address customers outside of the Chicago area until the company was ready. More than three years later, the company has established a strong track record of servicing repeat customers with high-quality banana and pumpkin bread products, timely deliveries and accurate billing. Now, Hannah Banana Bread Co. is beginning to find several new customers outside of Illinois.

One new market for Hannah Banana Bread includes Houston, TX, home of Vienna Coffee. This independently-owned coffee shop has been serving Hannah Banana Bread for the past year to a very receptive audience.

Hannah Banana Bread originates from a homemade recipe and is scratch-baked with no preservatives. Specialty ingredients are added to the base banana bread recipe and provide different flavors, resulting in a consistently fresh blend of moist texture and sweet taste.
