Who in the Spinner family could possibly bear the name Flambini?  Well, as the story goes, company Founder Lisa Spinner’s youngest son was blessed with an amazing head of blond hair that transformed into a spectacular array of shapes when wind conditions burgeoned above a modest gust. Lisa’s husband and company Vice President Peter Spinner began calling their son “The Great Flambini” when one such arrangement resembled a box kite. 

 

The idea of making Zucchini bread came several months later and our Classic recipe features all the characteristics of our best-selling banana breads…a moist center is packed with complementary bursts of flavor that build with each bite.  Touches of cinnamon, vanilla and faint tastes of zucchini blend nicely with a dusting of powdered sugar on top.
